Some of the suggestions for preparation would be to take one or more (ideal) Oneness Blessing workshops or classes (Oneness Blessing is known as Oneness deeksha in the East) , be of sound physical health, have cleared some of your mental/emotional trauma through Samskara Shuddhi or another effective emotional clearing process or processes, be financially sound so that the retreat and journey will not be a source of stress financially, and have a deep desire to be of service by giving Oneness Blessing to others when you return from your 9-Day Process (7 day process plus one day of travel on either end).
Another suggestion is to read Robert's book, entitled The Bringers of the Golden Ball. This book describes in detail the 21-Day Process that Robert experienced as part of the first Western group in January 2004.
