It was indeed a fun practical weekend being educated about eating the right foods for my blood type. Also the order in which to eat/drink these foods made much sense so that I get the maximum benefit from what I ingest.
I do feel
it cleanses, rejuvenates and rebuilds my body. In fact when I drink the
juices I instantly feel the cells in my body come 'alive'. It is a great
feeling knowing that I am being kind to my physical body by feeding it healthy
food. I am pleased with myself that I am motivated to stick to the diet
and am also inspiring others to think about what they eat so they too can have a
healthy body.

Your fun shop on the Cursio-D’Adamo Diet was fabulous… very practical, very fun to do, and very healing. Your charts are brilliant and they make it easier to do the diet with my whole family. Once I got myself organized I found that it takes me less time to eat this way than my usual family food preparation. This diet is powerful and we have felt the effects immediately. I see what you kept emphasizing in class… that we need to go slow and build up gradually.
